Basketball Strength Training

This clinic is for athletes looking to push their basketball skills to a higher level.

A 16 session program following a basketball specific weight training program and on court skill work. This includes weights, plyometrics and agility training at Fresh Fitness Co, then moving over to the Latrobe Basketball Stadium for on court basketball drills and shooting.

Built to improve strength, agility, vertical jump and will lead to vast improvements on the basketball court.

2.5 hourly sessions, twice a week for 8 weeks. Full commitment to the entire 8 weeks will get the most improvement.
